Isabelle Boinot X Paumes

Eeep!I was so excited to find out that French artist Isabelle Boinot is a featured artist in her very own Japanese Paumes book!
Naturally I quickly snapped up a copy. Again this latest book from Japanese publishers Paumes is a visual feast. Isabelle gives us a glimpse into her home studio sharing with us cute ways to organise paper items - souvenirs and mementos, DIY's for picnic Furoshiki's, gift wrapping and more. Wouldn't it be a dream to have your very own Paumes book?

New York, New York!

I had an amazing time in NYC during the 'happy holidays' at Christmas. Now that I have settled back in at home I can start sharing some of my winter wonderland adventures. Here is a little instagram snapshot of my travels around NYC

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone! I just want to say a big thanks for all those who took the time to stop by my blog last year. Thank you too for all your lovely comments - it means the world.

I hope you all had a fab and happy holidays! I had an amazing time in NYC and can't wait to share my little adventures with you in some upcoming posts.

I was greeted with a little mail surprise when I arrived home. The new issue of indie publication Bespoke!
The latest edition 8; includes a feature on my kawaii pop crafting and a peak of my mini home studio. It's a lovey publication that includes creatives from around OZ and beyond, so I'm thrilled they approached and included me in their latest issue! Thanks Bespoke team!

I Collect....

Oh wow! Is a phrase that springs to mind every time I see pretty kawaii Japanese food and product packaging. They often come in bright colours with a cute critter or mascot as well as bubble kanji and Kana typography splashed across them. They always bring lots of inspiration to my work and I enjoy collecting them and pinning them to my inspiration board.

Studio Stories: Books & Nooks

I love getting a glimpse of peoples creative studios, rooms and workshops. This week I thought I would share some snaps of my studio shelves filled with books, magazines and a few other nooks.
