Hello! Wowzers! We are experiencing a heat wave during spring here in Australia. So I'm currently hiding indoors with the cool air conditioning. Which also makes for a good time to write a blog post and share with you what I have been loving and working on in a few photo snapshots.

Today marks a very special blog occasion - my first giveaway!!

The lovely peeps at Printic recently contacted me and asked me if I was interested in trying out their new app - Of course I was more than happy to give it a go!

It was announced last week that Instagram had been released for Android phone users! Yay! I downloaded it as soon as I heard and have been addicted to it ever since. I've been snapping away around the house and recording my Easter adventures.

You can find me on Instagram at 'JennaTempleton'. I would love to know who else is on Instagram, so feel free to leave your user names in the comments.

Happy Easter and look forward to seeing your Happy Snaps!

As well as working on a new zine I have been making some little DIY kits - a 'cut & paste collage' one. This is one I made recently for my mother as she is making Christmas cards at her local craft club. I put it together to match her xmas colour theme; purple, green and gold (she always has a different colour scheme every year). In the pack I included lots of different crafty bits and made some pretty paper buttons, a confetti Christmas tree and added some washi tape strips. I had so much fun making these kits and designing the little packets, so looking forward to making some more.

Some photo's of my day yesterday at some of my favourite places around Sydney as well as my new indoor plant area at home.

Unlike most people I do not have an iPhone to be able to use instagram, but my new smart phone has this wonderful app Vignette that takes just as good photos.
