Happy Holidays!

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year lovelies!
I hope you all have an amazing fun and festive time! A great opportunity to get together with family and have a crafternoon with good friends.

I'm super excited as I will be having a white Christmas this year in New York! My bags are packed, house-sitter, - check! - and I have a huge list of places to visit thanks to my Japanese travel books and some NY friends.

I can't wait to see all the amazing Christmas displays, markets, bookstores, cosy cafes, craft and stationery stores - oh my!

Oh also on my must list is to visit all the movie/TV locations - Hello Home Alone 2 (wonder if I will see 'the pigeon' lady), You've Got mail, Serendipity etc.
A holiday means - travel scrapbook time! Yes! I have already begun making paper themed New York notes to paste in my journal.
Inspired by Yuzuko's travel notebook.
A few travel must-haves
A must read before heading to NY!
I just loooooove Japanese travel books - they always recommend the best places and the scrapbook style page layouts are just divine to get lost in.

I lived in NYC for a few years, and love seeing it from a Japanese perspective! Love these!

Happy New year!

Sounds like a wonderful trip!! Will you post about some of your adventures when you return? I'd like to hear about some of the interesting shops that you found, too.
