I Collect....

Oh wow! Is a phrase that springs to mind every time I see pretty kawaii Japanese food and product packaging. They often come in bright colours with a cute critter or mascot as well as bubble kanji and Kana typography splashed across them. They always bring lots of inspiration to my work and I enjoy collecting them and pinning them to my inspiration board.

I can't wait until my next visit to my local Asian supermarkets to see what amazing designed packages and treats they have thought up next.

    Such an awesome idea! I'm addicted to miso soup and I try as many different kinds as I can. I always keep the packaging but just had it all stashed in a drawer, now I think I might make a mini miso journal and rate them all - thank you! :D
